    i can't open the file, i mean it does not play...

    in windows media player it says it's an unsupported file or codec.
    in media player classic it says unable to render the file.
    i tried other (freeware) players without any luck.

    i can play all the files i have on my computer (about 3000 movies and clips in many different codec formats) except this one...

    which codec am i missing?

    for your info: i installed the latest k-lite codec pack to make sure...
